THE PROBLEM

Climate change affects every facet of our lives – from our diet to the way we build and inhabit our houses.

The real estate industry is slow to address the gravity of its own impact on climate change and traditional buildings often continue to be designed & built without really taking into account their impact on the environment and our health.

Now is the time to actively support the global 2030 UN sustainable developments goals by investing in a greener way of thinking about housing

A PRIONEER SOLUTION

The first build, the “Les Abers” Tiny House, was tested for a year, as a full-time inhabitat. It was then successfully used as a short-term rental unit, in collaboration with the “Domaine des Genaudières” vineyard. This innovative approach to environmental sensibilisation was granted the 2017 Loire Atlantique Sustainability Award .

Meanwhile, Antoine returned to Catalonia to build “Stendhal”, the first Tiny House of its type in Spain and pioneer the concept of collaborative sustainable tourism. After a few more builds, he decided to focus on creating and selling high-quality modular Tiny Houses.

Tiny Houses, or modular micro-habitats, are fully-fledged dwelling units. Each habitat is entirely manufactured by our team in Catalonia (Spain). Each element, component and material is carefully selected based on its quality and environmental impact.
