Art-esan Tiny House – Multi purpose XL space

Kevin & Maritza wanted a habitat allowing them to combine Kevin’s leather work with Maritza’s passion for the arts, while keeping as much space as possible on a daily basis. In a format of 8M by 2M50 and 4M in total height, the Art-esan Tiny House is built on a non-homologated trailer and although it cannot legally circulate on the roads, it can be towed with a tractor or other suitable vehicle.

Multiple openings, a complete kitchen larger than many of larger habitats, a 6-seater living room convertible into a 3 people bed (Very practical to make the most of the overhead projector), a gigantic storage space under the living room, a wood stove, XL insulation, the Art-esan tiny house lacks nothing to live comfortably all year round.

Based on our Penates XL format, this Tiny House is a standard that is getting more and more interest from our customers, each of whom can also choose preferences in terms of layout, colors or household appliances.

This Tiny House is completely off-grid and benefits from rainwater collection & filtration with a 1,000L outdoor tank and an adjacent washing machine. Thanks to its solar panels and its gas installation, this house does not require any connection or foundation.
